Cut-out cookies These iced cut-out cookies are the best
cut-out cookies ever! They make wonderful Christmas cut-outs and
are also great for Valentine's Day and Easter or any holiday or
celebration. Another recipe from my friend's Greek mother-in-law.

Old Fashioned Cookies
Cream butter. Add powdered sugar, soda, lemon
juice, and eggs one at a time. Then add flour
slowly, mixing first with spoon and then with
hands. Dough should be soft, not stiff.  Take a ball
of dough about the size of a grapefruit and roll out
with rolling pin or floured surface. Leave dough a
little thick, about 3/8" (a little less than 1/2"). Cut
cookies with cookie cutters and bake 375 for 10
min. Have icing ready to ice cookies while they are
still warm.
