Chocolate Pecan Pie This recipe is from my
cousin Ginny who was a wonderful cook and loved
chocolate.
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 uncooked pie shell
Old Fashioned Cookies
Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time--mix but do not whip. Add chocolate
and mix well. Mix in salt, syrup, vanilla, and nuts.
Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell and bake 350 for 45 min.
